Placing an Order and Availability
All items are subject to availability.

We are constantly updating our range of designs but certain pieces, particularly the limited edition pieces may sell out. We will contact you should any items from your order be unavailable.

Cancellation Policy
Orders placed from production if cancelled will forfeit 75% of the order value. Orders from stock if cancelled will forfeit 50% of the order value.

Production Lead Time
Our standard lead time on all wholesale orders is up to 6 weeks.

At Papillon Bleu we hold a cross section of designs, colours and sizes in stock at all times. We do our best to provide a "top up" service to retailers and providing items are in stock they can be delivered within two weeks. However a minimum of 10 pieces should be ordered through this service.

Colours
Our delicate items are crafted by hand in small quantities. Every effort is made to match colours but as the fabrics are hand dyed small variations in colour can occur.

Pricing
All UK orders are subject to VAT at 17.5%.

Shipping Costs
For orders of 10 items or less within the UK mainland the shipping cost is £10.00 + VAT. For other orders within UK mainland the price is £35.00 + VAT per box (average contents per box is 40 pieces). For orders over 40 pieces within the UK mainland a specific delivery cost will be quoted. For orders shipped outside of the UK a price will be given upon receipt of order.

Delivery Times
Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery from our confirmation of order.

Payment
50% of the order value will be invoiced upon receipt of order and the remaining 50% becomes due upon receipt of goods. For electronic transfers the bank details for Papillon Bleu are shown on the bottom of our invoices. We also accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and cheques (UK only). Please note we do not accept American Express.

Exchange Policy / Returns
All returns must be notified by e-mail to admin@papillonbleu.com or by fax to 01530 244454 within 14 working days of receipt of goods.
